Anthony Menson Amuah aka Tony Britts was born on November 24th, 1955.
He immigrated to London from Ghana as a child.
He played the role of Gary in 7 episodes of the BBC TV show, Jangles in 1982.
In 1984, he started making regular appearances on BBC Breakfast Time's “Twice As Fit” fitness segments
In 1985, he played the role of Tulio in Death Wish 3.
Tony Britts died from AIDS-related complications in mid-June of 1988. He was 32 years old.
During the pandemic in 2020, BBC started posting Tony’s “Twice As Fit” fitness segments online as part of their BBC Archive quarantine fitness regime.
